UPCOMING AGENDA 2026
Rainbow Hills Estates HOA will continue to monitor the proposed development off County Line Road that affects our neighborhood. At the most recent County Commissioners meeting, the proposal was rejected by the Commission -The HOA wants to address the antiquated Bylaws by holding a vote in March 2026, among members in good standing to obtain legal counsel. This will allow the association to update the Bylaws and retain counsel for future infractions, if needed - If the approval to obtain legal counsel is granted, the HOA would pursue the acquisition of the parcel of land historically referred to as Amber Lane—the section of Pot of Gold Lane that enters Rainbow Hills Estates. This action would help prevent any developer from creating a cut-through road into the neighborhood and would preserve the parcel for community gatherings, as it has been used in past years - Acquiring this land would also allow the fence to be rebuilt to prevent access. In addition, a proposal is being considered to form a committee of residents whose backyards border Pot of Gold Lane to explore the option of incorporating that land into their individual parcels, thereby rendering it a non-usable roadway.
